An add-on service utilized to complement our executive search process is the ProfileXT Executive Leadership Report which is a tool designed to illuminate the inherent potential of executives and their approach in confronting challenges while achieving excellence in leadership. This report provides predictions of how the characteristics of the Candidate will manifest in their behavior according to six components of successful leadership. These components include: Innovating Strategic Initiatives | Maximizing Resources | Utilizing Organizational Synergies | Producing Quality Results | Mentoring Others | Maintaining High Personal Standards as well as suggestions for using this information to improve executive leadership.

In order to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration and facilitate the faster understanding of the team under subordination we propose another add-on: Profiles Managerial Fit™ which provides specific steps to increase manager and employee productivity and foster better compatibility in the workplace. It is a special report that utilizes data from the ProfileXT® to measure critical aspects of compatibility between managers and their employees (who need to complete the ProfilesXT test, too). This report offers an in-depth look at one’s approach to learning, as well as six critical dimensions of compatibility with their manager: self-assurance, conformity, optimism, decisiveness, self-reliance and objectivity.

Taking advantage of 20+ years of experience on the local market and deep knowledge of local executives, interim management was a natural add-on to our core executive search services, developed as a separate business line.

Our Interim Managers can replace, supplement or coach your managers on a short-term or long-term basis. They have extensive practical experience across a broad range of functions and industries and are usually available to start and assignment within days for project-based assignments or within weeks for a longer-term replacement.

If in former times interim managers were brought in to deal with crisis situations, in the latest years interim managers are involved more in projects aiming to accelerate change during growth or transformation processes.

PEP® is an effective and proven approach to workflow management. PEP® is not a seminar nor is it done in a remote location. The PEP® program takes place within your own company in your actual working environment.

The PEP® program consist of two short theory blocks in which the basic PEP® principles are presented and discussed after which each participant is individually coached in their work environment. In addition, each participant receives a number of follow up visits over 2 to 3 months by a certified PEP® coach to help the participant implement the changes they desire. It is not enough to only read about PEP®. It is an action program. Every step in the process is implemented in practice.
